I conducted interviews and created empathy maps to understand the users I’m designing for and their needs. A primary user group identified through research
was busy adults who shop online.
Research helped determine pain points and other problems in the designs.

Jess is a 22 year working student who needs choose when she is able to pick up her shoes because she is busy and needs to grab products on her time.

This map shows how getting to choose when she can pick up her shoes when she wants to makes relieved.
She seemed to have a problem in the beginning so I must make sure to make it easy to find products that she wants and put her at ease when buying.

I wanted to create home screen that can have the information needed to understand how to use it.
These sketches helped me understand what how much information I can put into a page. Now I know how much to in so users will not get overwhelmed when using the app.

The users needs a place where they can see the products they want buy and buy them at once. It was important that the cart had everything the user needs to know right before buying products.
I made sure that the user flow was as streamlined as possible, but still comfortable for users.

I would like to allow users to edit their payment information before buying the products. I also would like to show that the time selector must be rotated through swiping in the prototype.
Learnings
Learnings
While designing the Shoez app, I learned that little details make big differences and you can alway add on for better designs. Usability studies and peer feedback critical for creating a better design.
